Elevation: 171 ft

Description

The Miocene Dam historically diverted 30 to 50 cfs to the Miocene Canal that supplied Lime Saddle and Coal Canyon powerhouses which were unlicensed PG&E hydropower projects. The 2018 Camp Fire damaged the canal and it is no longer diverting flow. Stop to check it out as it is generally a portaged at flows greater than 1.4. At lower flows, a run down the far left is an option.
