Description
Dinks Campground (now owned by Rivers & Trails Outfitters) and the Blue Ridge river access (now owned by the Harpers Ferry Adventure Center) each have put-ins that can be used by arrangement. River Riders outfitters also has a put-in further downstream, but it is unknown whether private boaters can arrange to use it. Fees for using the outfitters put-ins vary from $20.00 to $10.00 on weekends and $10.00 to $5.00 weekdays, from Memorial Day to Labor Day, depending upon who you talk to (and what their mood is that day).
