One can take out at the Boat Ramp at the upstream end of Oxbow Park, but a better takeout may be the stairs at the upstream end of Hosner Day Use Area, which is must closer to the entrance of the park. Only cars that will be parked here need to pay the $5 entry fee--the ones that will carry boaters up to the put-in do not have to pay.
