Description
The Seats Dam on Rough and Ready Creek creates a dangerous lowhead hydraulic that poses an extreme entrapment risk for any watercraft. Paddlers should absolutely avoid this structure, as the uniform, recirculating water flow can trap and hold boats and swimmers, making escape nearly impossible.
