Waterloo Falls

Waterloo Falls is a technical Class IV drop with a steep, narrow entrance that pushes paddlers through a constricted channel with powerful hydraulics. The main challenge is navigating a series of large, recirculating holes near the center of the rapid, requiring precise boat positioning and strong paddling skills to avoid getting trapped or flipped. Experienced paddlers should scout the rapid carefully and choose a clean line along the right or left side to minimize risk.
