**Location & Access:** Also known as John G Young Landing, this Skagit River access point is located near Concrete in Skagit County. From Concrete, head east on SR-20 for approximately 5 miles, then turn right at the public fishing sign onto Faber Road. Follow the paved road to its end, where you'll find the launch area just past the Baker River confluence.
**Facilities & Parking:** The launch features approximately 6 parking spaces and a boat ramp suitable for kayaks, canoes, and small motorboats. Note that there are no toilet facilities on-site, so plan accordingly. A companion boat launch is available on the south side of the river at the end of Skagit Ridge Road if you need alternative access. Nearby options with additional amenities include Hamilton Boat Launch (Cape Horn Road area), Riverfront Park in Sedro-Woolley, and Edgewater Park in Mount Vernon.
**Important Note:** This facility has experienced closure periods for maintenance and upgrades. Before planning your trip, check with the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) to confirm current operating status and any seasonal restrictions on the Skagit River.
