Nearby recreation options include Reservoir A (a 146-acre impoundment with 3 miles of shoreline as part of the Lewiston Orchards Project) and the 22-mile Clearwater & Snake River National Recreation Trail for walking and cycling.
Before launching, check with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Walla Walla District office (located at the site) for current conditions, water levels, and any seasonal restrictions on Lower Granite Lake.
