Jones Springs is a public boat ramp providing access to Back Creek in Berkeley County, WV. The ramp is located at the end of Boundary Road in Jones Springs. From Portsmouth, take US 17 north and turn left on Smith's Neck Road (second to last traffic light before the James River Bridge), then travel 2.2 miles and turn left on Boundary Road. The ramps and pier are at the end of the road as it curves right. This is a West Virginia Department of Natural Resources (WVDNR) maintained facility.
