**Location & Access:** This boat ramp is located near Silver Springs in Lyon County, Nevada, providing access to Lahontan Reservoir where the Carson River transitions into the impoundment. The site is approximately 18 miles west of Fallon and 45 miles northeast of Carson City. Day-use fees apply ($5 per Nevada vehicle, $10 for non-Nevada vehicles), with boat launch fees of $15 (or $20 for non-Nevada vehicles).

**What to Expect:** Lahontan Reservoir spans approximately 11,200 acres at full capacity with 69 miles of shoreline, offering year-round paddling and boating opportunities. Kayakers and canoeists should be aware that this is a popular recreation area with motorized vessel traffic, so paddlers should exercise caution and use appropriate safety measures.
