About This Access Site
Two Rivers Access in Eminence provides a convenient launch point for exploring the Current River within Ozark National Scenic Riverways. This day-use area features two concrete river access points with stairs and railings leading to the beach, making it relatively easy to launch kayaks and canoes. Beach access is also available on the south side of the boat ramp, providing additional flexibility for paddlers getting on the water.

The Current River is spring-fed, cold, and clear—ideal conditions for paddling. As part of the Ozark National Scenic Riverways (the first national park area dedicated to protecting a river system), this section offers scenic float trips suitable for both kayakers and canoeists of varying skill levels. The river is known for excellent water quality and abundant wildlife viewing opportunities.

For trip planning, contact the Ozark National Scenic Riverways directly at 573-323-4814 (Van Buren, MO) for current conditions, seasonal updates, and any access changes. This location serves as a good base for day trips or as part of longer floating expeditions down the Current River.
