Description
Bullwood Rapid features a tight, technical line through a rocky constriction with several large boulders creating complex hydraulics and potential pin hazards. Paddlers should carefully navigate the initial rock garden, favoring the right side to avoid a powerful recirculating hole near the center, and maintain momentum through the subsequent wave train. At higher water levels, the rapid becomes more challenging with increased water pressure and less predictable currents around the embedded rocks.
