Entrance Rapid marks the start of the challenging Chamise Gorge with a powerful, technical sequence of boulder-choked drops and tight lines. Paddlers must navigate a series of aggressive hydraulics and sharp-edged rocks, with a critical move required near the top to avoid a potentially dangerous center pourover and maintain momentum through the constricted channel.
