Description
When river flow is within the capacity of the hydroplant, there may be little-to-no flow from any of the release gates up at the Radisson Flowage. As a result, it is entirely likely that Belille Falls would be completely unrunnable.
When the plant is operating at full capacity, considerable flow will be returned to the river at this location, adding to the water in the river from this point downstream.
