The rapid transitions through man-made stone structures and concrete channelization, creating unpredictable hydraulics and potential hazards from old infrastructure, requiring careful navigation and scouting before attempting. Due to its location in a heavily developed area and potential for changing water levels, paddlers should exercise extreme caution and be prepared for potential portage or walk-around options.
