About This Access Site
Century Landing in Wapato provides boat ramp access to the Yakima River with substantial parking and basic facilities including a pit toilet. Six accessible parking spaces are available throughout the lot. A **Discover Pass or Vehicle Access Pass is required** at this WDFW-managed site. The ramp can become slippery in winter conditions—consider bringing a rope to help drag your boat up if needed. Walk-and-wade access is limited at this location without bushwhacking.

This access point serves as a put-in or take-out for paddlers and boaters exploring the Yakima River in central Washington. The area is convenient to the Cowiche Canyon Trail System and other recreation opportunities near Yakima. Plan accordingly for winter visits when icy conditions may affect parking and ramp usability.
