Duck Creek Bridge provides convenient access to the Yellowstone River for kayakers, canoeists, and boaters located between Laurel and Billings on the river's south bank (Mile 181). The site features a well-maintained concrete ramp designed to accommodate both small and large vessels, making it suitable for a range of watercraft and experience levels. This is a popular put-in or take-out point for floating the scenic Yellowstone River corridor.
**Current Access Status:** The motorized boat launch area is temporarily closed due to reduced river access at the ramp location. However, walk-in access is still permitted beyond the boat launch area for paddlers and anglers. Those planning to launch should contact local authorities or the Montana FWP for current conditions before visiting. The site is positioned near the Four Dances SRMA and Custer National Forest, offering access to a beautiful stretch of river with nearby recreation opportunities.
