About This Access Site
The Kuehn Road access point provides public boat launch facilities on Lake Koshkonong, a 10,595-acre recreational lake near Fort Atkinson in Jefferson County. To reach the ramp, head north on Highway 51 to its junction with Highway 73, continue north over Interstate 90, then turn right (east) on Highway 106. After 4.3 miles, turn right on Loga Road, then take the second right onto Carcajou Road and the first left onto Kuehn Road. The coordinates are 42.89781723, -88.96029855.

Lake Koshkonong is a shallow water body with a maximum depth of 7 feet, making it suitable for kayaking, canoeing, and recreational boating. The lake is popular year-round for various water activities including fishing, swimming, and water sports in summer months.
