The Yuba City boat ramp provides direct access to the Feather River, a popular destination for kayakers, canoeists, and motorized boaters. Located just east of downtown Yuba City, the ramp is easily accessible from Highway 99.
The ramp itself has four boarding floats and can accommodate boats up to 50 feet in length. There is ample parking for vehicles with trailers, with space for around 40 vehicles. The ramp is situated within a 9.2-acre park area, offering a convenient place to launch and explore the Feather River.
The Feather River is a sizeable waterway, providing opportunities for both flatwater paddling and motorized boating. Anglers report good catches of migrating salmon, striped bass, and sturgeon from the banks near the boat ramp. Nearby Sutter National Wildlife Refuge also offers additional wildlife viewing and recreational options for those looking to extend their time on the water.
