Headknocker Moe is a technical Class III drop characterized by a tight, boulder-strewn channel with a series of offset ledges that create unpredictable hydraulics and require precise maneuvering. Paddlers must navigate a complex line between several large midstream rocks, avoiding a powerful recirculating hole on the river left that can easily trap boats and create a serious pinning hazard.
