Description
Thor's Hammer is a technical and consequential Class V rapid in the Meadow Creek Gorge, characterized by a narrow, boulder-choked entry that funnels into a powerful hydraulic with significant potential for pin and entrapment hazards. Paddlers must execute a precise entry line between two large mid-channel boulders, then immediately set up to punch a critical hole while avoiding undercut rock formations on both river left and right.
