Cowskin Bay South provides convenient boat access to the Arkansas River just below Keystone Lake. This boat ramp is part of the Cowskin Bay recreation area, located in Westport, Oklahoma. The ramp allows easy launching for kayaks, canoes, and small motorized boats when water levels are sufficient.
