Lake Pueblo State Park offers boaters convenient access to Boggs Creek and the larger Pueblo Reservoir. The North Boat Ramp provides the primary launch point, with all boats required to undergo inspection at the nearby station before entering the water.
For paddlers, Boggs Creek cove offers a sheltered, no-wake zone ideal for kayaking and canoeing. The cove provides scenic views of the surrounding Greenhorn and Wet Mountain ranges. Boating is permitted 24 hours, but loading and unloading is prohibited outside of ramp hours. Visitors should check current hours, as they may vary by season.
The reservoir also features two full-service marinas with additional boat ramps. Sailboarding, jet skiing, and water skiing are popular activities on the main lake. Paddlers and boaters will find a variety of recreation opportunities at this Colorado State Park located just outside Pueblo.
