Description

Inconspicuous access point at Index-Galena Road mile 11.6, located 0.4 miles past the Troublesome Creek Bridge, with a short trail to the river that leads to the pool at the base of Drum Beater Rapid. Parking is very limited here so on a busy day you may need to park your vehicle downstream.
