Description

Putting in from the first turn-out parking in the Jump River Campgrounds (at the bottom of the main falls sequence), you'll have very fine rapids for about 0.4 miles before they taper off (at an island in the flow).

(With full disclosure that I have never paddled the rest of this run, it *appears* from satellite views that this half-mile *could* be the best rapids on the whole listed run. Anyone who has actually paddled the full run is encouraged to add a comment and/or pictures/video to either substantiate or refute this impression!)
